There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from Cleo's Heart Jewelry:
- You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
- You have not worn or used the item purchased in any way including the use of Reward Points, Promotional Points, Entries, or anything received from your purchase.
- You have not previously returned the same item from a prior purchase.
- You have not returned a total of 3 or more items in the past 30 days across all of your Cleo's Heart Jewelry Accounts.
- You can only return items purchased directly from the Cleo's Heart Jewelry Store.
Abuse of Return Policy: Cleo's Heart Jewelry reserves the right to refuse to sell or to provide refunds to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.
